AI Leadership Program
Lead with Confidence in an AI-Enabled World
AI Is Changing the Decisions Higher Education Leaders Must Make
Artificial intelligence is influencing how colleges and universities teach, operate, allocate resources, manage risk, and fulfill their missions. As capabilities evolve, higher education leaders must evaluate opportunities while addressing questions of academic quality, governance, institutional responsibility, and accountability.
HEEM AI Leadership Programs provide structured opportunities for leaders to examine these challenges, exchange perspectives with peers, and strengthen their capacity to make informed decisions. Our programs focus on the decisions, responsibilities, and practical actions associated with each leadership role at colleges and universities.
Our emphasis: understanding what responsible leadership requires in an AI-enabled environment.
